“One of the panels of our large screened enclosure was totally damaged in a thunderstorm. This occurred on a Friday. I called a number of screen repair companies listed on Angie’s List on Saturday. One could give me a date about a month out while others did not call back until Monday or Tuesday after the weekend. Only AAA Pro Screening called me back on Saturday and came out on Sunday to assess the situation. I felt that the owner, Ivan, was honest in his assessment. He noted some other weak panels but also pointed out that the enclosure was otherwise in good condition and noted where some panels were much newer than the ones he suggested I replace. He could schedule the work the following week (about 10 days), and I decided to use him. I am very satisfied with his work. Of course, one cannot fully judge everything until time goes by, but Ivan does all the work himself because he said it was the only way he could ensure that the work is done well. I thought his price was fair. He came when he said he would. I would use him again.”
