He removed and rescreened our patio porch enclosure including adding brackets to strengthen the metal framework and cleaning out the grooves where corrosion had formed. He explained every detail to us along the way. Ivan also repaired a gutter and installed a new gutter over our garage, going out of his way to special order the correct size so that there would be no seams in the gutter. He is nice, polite and a pleasure to work with. We have plans already to hire Ivan in the near future.”
